First, we’ll have a chat about your business and what you need help with – maybe you’d like me to handle all your social media, or perhaps you want to learn how to manage it yourself. I’ll listen to your goals, understand your challenges, and suggest options that make sense for you.

Do I need to be on all social media platforms?
Not at all. We’ll focus on the platforms where your audience spends their time. Sometimes, being really effective on one or two platforms is better than trying to be everywhere. What matters is engaging meaningfully with your community and building genuine relationships, whether that’s through LinkedIn for professional connections or Instagram for more visual storytelling.
What results can I expect from social media?
Social media isn’t just about getting more followers – it’s about connecting with people who are interested in what you do. We’ll focus on finding and talking to the right people, whether that’s in local business groups, your industry, or your community. Each post and comment helps build these relationships over time.
I track your progress by keeping an eye on how your content performs, sending you clear reports, and meeting regularly to review results together. This way, we can adjust your social media based on what’s actually working, not guesswork.

How much time do I need to invest?
While I handle the day-to-day management, the best results come when we work together to share your expertise and insights. I’ll make this process as easy as possible, fitting around your schedule and keeping things simple.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That’s completely normal! We can start with a friendly chat about your business, your goals, and your challenges. From there, I can suggest the best ways to move forward, whether that’s a Make It Happen Day to get you started or ongoing support to help you grow.
Do you work with any type of business?

While I especially enjoy working with social purpose organizations, I’m happy to work with any business that wants to make a real impact. What matters most is that we click as people – making the whole process enjoyable and valuable for us both.
How much do you charge?
Every business has different needs and goals, so costs vary – from one-off strategy sessions to monthly support (minimum two days). Once we have discussed your requirements, I’ll put together a proposal with pricing. Prices from are available on the Services page.
Can you work with my existing marketing team/agency?
Yes! I regularly work alongside in-house teams and agencies. Whether you need me to support your marketing team or manage specific parts of your digital marketing, I’m experienced at fitting in seamlessly and keeping everything running smoothly.
What happens if our current marketing strategy isn't working?
I take a data-driven approach to marketing. We’ll regularly review performance metrics and make adjustments based on what the data tells us. If something isn’t working, we’ll analyse why and adapt our strategy.
Not seeing what you're looking for?

How soon can we get started?
Depending on availability, I can start within 1-2 weeks once we’ve discussed your needs and agreed on the work. I’ll need some key information about your business – your marketing goals, target audience, and any existing materials like brand guidelines or marketing plans. For social media work, I’ll set up access to your accounts after we’ve signed a contract and completed the onboarding payment. I’ll map out a clear timeline and keep you updated as we progress. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the materials ready – we can figure out what’s needed along the way.
